Fred MacDonald began serving as PVBA Director of Associational Missions on June, 1 2016. He and Denise moved here from Blunt, SD, where he served as pastor of Calvary Baptist Church.
As well as South Dakota, Fred has been senior pastor at churches in New Mexico, Missouri, and Texas. He was also the State Evengelism Director for the Dakota Baptist Convention from 2009-2013. He received his Master of Divinity from The Criswell College in 1996 and his Doctor of Ministry from Mid-America Seminary in 2002.
Fred and Denise have six children scattered across the country in South Dakota, Colorado, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Their youngest, Isaiah, just graduated from high school and will begin attending college in North Dakota in the fall of 2016.
The pride and joy of their life is their four grandchildren: Samuel, Adalyn, Josiah, and Melody.
Fred enjoys golf (he's not good at it, but he enjoys it), Toastmasters, and reading. Denise loves her grandkids, raising rabbits, and fishing.
Randa serves as Administrative Assistant for Pecos Valley Baptist Association. She is married to Brett and they have one son, Carter, who was born in 2013. Randa grew up and graduated in Artesia. After graduating she moved to the Las Cruces area to attend NMSU. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. After finishing college her and her husband decided to move back to Artesia to be closer to their parents.
Randa loves to cook, garden, craft, and crochet, but her all time favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and her little boy.
Connie serves as the Financial Secretary for the Pecos Valley Baptist Assocation. Connie has a son, a daughter and three grandchildren.
Her son lives in Clovis with his wife Kara. They have two children, Shae who was born in 2009 and Layton, who was born in 2011. Her daughter lives in Artesia with her husband Brett. Their son, Carter, was born in 2013. She loves spending every moment that she can with her kids and grandkids. She answers to "Lollie" when it comes to the grandkids.
Connie plays the piano at West Main Baptist Church. She loves to work in her yard, cook, sew, craft and of course play with her grandkids.
